TeleV — Privacy Policy

TeleV (“the app”) is an unofficial third-party client for Telegram, designed for Android TV.
Data handling
- Signing in creates a Telegram session on your device using the official TDLib library. Your phone number (when signing in by phone), account details, and channel content are exchanged directly between your device and Telegram’s servers, encrypted in transit.
- The developer operates no servers. No personal data is collected, stored, or shared by the developer.
- Session data is stored locally on your device only, and is removed when you log out or uninstall the app.
- Handling of your data by Telegram is governed by Telegram’s own Privacy Policy: https://telegram.org/privacy
Data deletion
Log out at any time from Profile → Log out inside the app, or terminate the TV session remotely from any Telegram app (Settings → Devices). Either action invalidates the session.
